A certified Viking repairman can be located by going to the Support page of the official Viking website and looking under the Customer Support heading. Services are only available to customers who reside in the United States or Canada.

By entering their zip code, a user can find either an authorized dealer or an authorized repairman to service appliances. From the Customer Support section, a customer can also submit a customer support request by filling out an online form, registering a product, or speaking to a customer service agent directly by dialing 1-888-845-4641 and choosing option one.
