Where can you find a chart that shows how the brain functions?

The Brainwaves Center provides a chart of the human brain and an explanation of what each major part of the organ does on its website, Brainwaves.com. The site also offers a glossary of terms and descriptions of the six major functions of the brain.

The diagram provided by the Brainwaves Center offers color-coding and labeling of the many areas of the brain. In addition to its name, each label offers a short explanation of the part's major control area. Each long description of a major brain part indicates all of its functions; its size, shape and approximate location; and, in some cases, how the part evolved.
