How can I check my Verizon rebate card balance?

Check the card balance online via the Verizon Wireless Rebate Center or by calling the number on the back of the card. The balance can be checked only for active cards.

Verizon rebate cards are prepaid Visa debit cards. After mailing the rebate receipt, card delivery may take three to six weeks, not including processing, which may add two additional weeks. Replace lost or stolen rebate cards by contacting the card issuer, Citibank. While replacement cards are free, the card must have an unused balance, and the replacement request must be done before its expiration date. Rebates may be sent as a paper check.
