How can you contact DHL?

DHL customer service is available by calling 1-800-225-5345 Monday through Friday from 4 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturday from 4 a.m. to 6 p.m. DHL is not open on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.

Customers can also contact DHL through the Email Us form located on the DHL website. To access the email option, click on the Contact Center link located at the top of the DHL homepage. Under the Express Parcels/Documents category, click on the Customer Service link. From the drop-down menu, select Customer Service and Support. Complete the email form and then click the Submit button.
