Pixie Technology Inc. provides a copy of the end-user license agreement on its website and by email upon request. It also provides a copy of the Terms of Use by the same methods.

The combination of the EULA and Terms of Use represents the rights, responsibilities and limitations of the user and company with respect to the Pixie products. Widgets, called Pixie Points, attach to physical objects to allow the user to digitally locate them using an app that integrates with the camera in supported smartphones. As of March 2015, Pixies are available for pre-order, with a scheduled release in the summer of 2015.
