Where can you take free cosmetology classes?

Free online cosmetology courses are available from the government of Saskatchewan and the University of North Texas. Additional classes specifically related to cosmetology health and safety are available through the Georgia Department of Technical and Adult Education.

Free online courses in cosmetology generally do not count as course credit or toward required certification. These classes are designed for existing cosmetologists who are looking to continue their education. Courses are available in a variety of subjects, including new cosmetology techniques that students may want to master. Some of the techniques available for study include hair styling, makeup application, hair removal and salon management.
