One way to create computerized characters without programming experience is to use Fuse CC by Mixamo. Mixamo allows you to create your own 3D character or modify one of its existing models. After creating a character, you can use Mixamo's animation software to get your character moving.

If you're trying to create a video game using your character, there are many software options to aid you even if you have no prior programming experience. Two great options for this are GameMaker: Studio and Clickteam Fusion 2.5. Both of these programs allow you to see your game as you're creating it and implement actions and events into a game without writing lines of code.
