TheKitchenshops.com, ReBath.com and Lowes.com are three sites that offer online bathroom design services for customer use. Lowe's also offers a free bath planning guide and a Creative Ideas Magazine app that customers can download to help design a bath makeover.

TheKitchenShop.com offers a blank grid to help a customer to design a bathroom from scratch, upload a floor plan or choose a design from the site's gallery before adding cabinetry, shower enclosures, tubs and plumbing fixtures. ReBath.com's interactive bathroom design tools ask a customer to select a look for her bathroom, such as Classic or Summer Cottage, before customizing products from the range of available colors and finishes. Lowes.com's Virtual Room Designer allows a customer to design a bathroom from scratch or to begin by using one of Lowe's templates. The customer can view the finished room on screen in 3-D format, download and print a copy.
