Where can you download Hand and Foot score sheets?

Tidyform.com and OpenOffice.org both have hand and foot score sheets available for download. The TIdyform sheets are static .PDF files, so users cannot edit them before printing. OpenOffice.org offers templates for download that are easy to edit with the correct OpenOffice.org software.

Both of these downloadable options are free to download, print and use. ITunes has a paid option that provides more settings and choices in customizing hand and foot score sheets. This program does not have a printable option, but instead displays an interactive score sheet on Apple devices, such as the iPad.
