To make Paula Deen's lobster bisque, as featured on Food Network, cook 1 chopped white onion, 2 chopped celery stalks and 2 minced garlic cloves in 4 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan. After five minutes, stir in 1/3 cup of flour, and add 3 cups of chicken broth. Stir in lobster meat, 1/2 pound of fresh shrimp, 1 teaspoon of Creole seasoning and 2 cups of half-and-half. Cook everything for 10 minutes and serve warm.
