Bloomberg also has charts that display daily, monthly and yearly fluctuations. The European Central Bank discloses the latest exchange rate and amount and percentage of change. Users have the option of checking the rates over several different time periods. Calendars also report the daily exchange rates for the last four months. Both sources allow users to see exchange rates for euros to dollars or dollars to euros.
