Viewers can watch "Longmire" on Netflix. The show premiered on A&E on June 3, 2012, and is based on the "Walt Longmire Mysteries" series of books written by Craig Johnson. The show is about a Wyoming sheriff trying to rebuild his life after his wife's death.

After A&E cancelled "Longmire" following its third season, Netflix ordered a fourth season of 10 new episodes to air exclusively on the online streaming service. Robert Taylor plays the lead role of Walt Longmire. Other notable actors in the series include Katee Sackhoff as Victoria Morelli, Lou Diamond Phillips as Henry Standing Bear, Cassidy Freeman as Cady Longmire, and Bailey Chase as Branch Connally.
