The guest satisfaction survey for Logan's Roadhouse is on the Guest Satisfaction Survey page of the restaurant chain's website. Only customers who receive invitations to complete the survey are able to provide feedback. Invitations are at the bottom of receipts of randomly selected guests.
Eligible receipts have access codes that customers enter on the first survey page. The website also offers the survey in a Spanish version.
Any guest who finishes the survey receives a 19-digit confirmation code. This ensures a $3 discount coupon for a future visit to a Roadhouse location. As of August 2015, the chain has over 250 restaurants in 23 states.
