The American Greetings, Jib Jab and Crosscards websites provide holiday e-cards for holidays including Halloween, Christmas, Hanukkah, Valentine's Day and Martin Luther King Day. Users can select a card, fill out a personal message and then send the card via email.

The American Greetings website lists holidays in order based on the current date. This makes it easy for users to see which holidays are coming up soon, and view cards for those holidays. As of 2015, American Greetings provides both free and subscriber only e-cards.

The Jib Jab website has hundreds of customizable holiday e-cards. One of the website's most popular e-cards features dancing Christmas elves. This e-card allows a user to upload pictures and apply faces from the pictures to the elves in the e-card. Jib Jab includes this feature in many of its e-cards, enabling users to put the faces of friends and family on Halloween monsters, turkeys and Samba dancers.

The Crosscards website provides e-cards for holidays such as Boss Day, Chinese New Year and Earth Day. The website also offers e-cards that serve as helpful reminders, such as Daylight Savings Begins and Daylight Savings Ends cards. The Crosscards website provides both static and animated e-cards.
