Where can you get an India visa application form?

The Indian visa application is available online through the Government of India. The form may be submitted electronically, by mail or in person to the appropriate Indian Visa Application Center (IVAC) or Indian Mission or Post.

Travelers from select countries coming to India solely for sightseeing, the visitation of friends or family members, medical treatment or business purposes may be eligible for a 'Visa on Arrival.'

Visitors must apply for the Visa on Arrival at least five days in advance of travel; approved requests are granted an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) via email and the visa application process is completed upon arrival in India.
