Where can you find instructions for filing taxes in Virginia?

The Virginia state website features a page in its tax section, titled How to File, that provides Virginia taxpayers with information regarding how, when and where to file their taxes. It also offers information on how to get free tax help.

As of 2015, the How to File page at Virginia.gov offers instructions on e-filing, which is one option for filing your taxes. If you do not wish to e-file, you must mail your forms to the Virginia Department of Taxation, or to the city or county in which you lived at the beginning of the tax year. The website also includes information concerning penalties and fees, common tax errors, and estate and probate taxes.
