Where can you get a Juggernaut code for "Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2"?

As of 2014, codes to unlock Juggernaut in "Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2" are no longer available. Originally, these codes were distributed for preordering the game at GameStop.

For a short time, Juggernaut was available as a separate paid downloadable content pack on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. However, all downloadable content packs for this game, as well as its predecessor, "Marvel: Ultimate Alliance," have been removed from each console's online marketplace. If an original, unused code from a GameStop preorder is redeemed on either PlayStation 3 or Xbox 360, it may still allow the user to download the Juggernaut DLC.
