As of 2015, some LG washer repair manuals can be downloaded from ApplianceAssistant.com, a repair and manual repository website. ApplianceAssistant.com is not affiliated with LG or other washer manufacturers.

From the ApplianceAssistant.com homepage, users can click Washers on the top menu, then scroll down and click over the LG Washer Repair Manuals under the Service Manuals section. The service manuals are in PDF form.

While LG does not provide downloadable service manuals on its website, it does provide troubleshooting videos and interactive tutorials to help users diagnose problems with their washer and other appliances. If the faulty washer is still under warranty, customers can schedule an appointment with a professional appliance technician or a repair service center to prevent voiding the existing warranty.
