Where can you find a list of unclaimed funds for New York?

As of 2015, there is no list that displays all of the unclaimed funds for New York state. The government of New York instead provides a search tool for lost funds that is hosted on the New York Office of the State Comptroller's website.
The New York OSC lost funds search tool allows residents to search for any lost funds using either their name or an organization that the fund is associated with. If the search matches any existing lost funds, the result displays all matching names and the searcher can claim the fund online or by mail. Anyone who have successfully claimed a lost fund can expect to receive a check within three weeks.
