Is Terry Redlin dead?

As of early June 2015, the 77-year-old American painter Terry Redlin is still living, although his health has been in decline due to Alzheimer's disease and age. Terry Redlin retired from painting in 2007 and has been living in a retirement community in his hometown of Watertown, South Dakota.

Terry Radlin's family and friends speculate that his declining health may be due to the chemicals in the lead-based paint he used rather than Alzheimer's disease; both lead poisoning and Alzheimer's have similar symptoms. He gained fame in 1977 for his painting "Winter Snows," and is known for his works depicting rural landscapes.
