Cuisinart provides the manual for the Cuisinart DCC-1200 coffeemaker on their website, as of 2015. An online version of the manual is also available from Manualsonline.com.

From the main page of the Cuisinart website, click on the Product Care drop-down menu and select Product Manuals. From the Product Manuals list, select Coffeemakers. Scroll through the list of coffeemakers to the Brew Central 12-Cup Programmable Coffeemaker (DCC-1200). Select the Manuals link to download the PDF file.

Cuisinart provides customer support at 800-726-0190 on Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. EST and Saturday to Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST.
