How can a Master Lock combination be recovered using the serial number?

There are two ways to recover the combination of your Master Lock using the serial number. The first and probably the easiest is to take your lock to a Master Lock distributor or retailer. The second is to fill out the form on the Master Lock website.

If you choose to take the lock to a Master Lock retailer, make sure that it is not attached to anything. Have the dealer call 1-800-308-9244 on your behalf. While Master Lock does not charge for this service, the dealer may charge a service fee. The other method is to download and print a Lost Combination form from the Master Lock website. After the form is completed, you must take it along with the lock to a notary public and have the form notarized.

You may include up to 6 combinations on one notarized form. Mail the form to: Master Lock Warehouse, 1600 W. La Quinta Rd, Suite/WHSE #1, Nogales, AZ 85621. Your combination will be mailed to you in 4-6 weeks. Please note that if you are an inmate of a correctional facility, the request must be on prison letterhead. In lieu of notarization, the Lost Combination Form must be signed by a prison facility official.
