Can new Samsung user manuals be requested from retailers?

Retailers don't carry Samsung user manuals, but the Owners and Support section of the Samsung website features downloadable manuals. To download a manual, the customer needs to click on Manuals and Downloads under the Owners and Support Tab. From there, the customer can input the model number and hit Enter.

Customers who don't know their model number can use the links below the search field to find the product they own. From there, customers can select the type of product they own from the drop-down menu. Then a pop-up box appears to show customers where to find the model number for their product.
