The product, Baby Foot peel, consists of a pair of plastic booties containing a gel of primarily fruit acid and numerous other natural extracts. A user slips on the booties, securing them with the provided tape, and leave them on for about an hour. The fruit acid penetrates the layers of skin separating the dead skin from the new skin. After an hour, rinse off the gel. Over the course of a few days to two weeks, the dead skin peels off revealing fresh skin underneath.
