How can you take out a nose ring?

To take out a nose ring, use your fingernails to pull the stud of the nose ring, and follow the curve of the metal that holds the stud in place to pull it out. Before you begin, wash your hands, and afterwards, sanitize both the ring and your nose.

1. Wash your hands

   Wash your hands thoroughly to prevent infection.

2. Pull the stud of the nose ring

   Pinch the stud of the nose ring with your fingernails. Gently pull out the nose ring, following the curve of the metal that holds the stud in place.

3. Clean the ring and your nose

   Apply saline solution to a cotton swab, and clean the nose ring as well as the inside and outside of your nose piercing.
