To sign up for the WaterSmart e-Billing program, customers must first agree to its terms and conditions. Customers then begin to receive their bills online, but late payment notices still arrive through the mail. This convenient system allows customers to save postage. Payments are automatically deducted from your bank account at scheduled dates, so you never forget to make a payment. Aqua allows customers to un-enroll from the program at any time.
