Where can you find recipes for Norwegian lutefisk?

What's Cooking America and Food.com both offer recipes for Norwegian lutefisk, which is dried cod that has been rehydrated in a lye solution for a few days. After a thorough rinse in cold water, the fish is then boiled or baked, and served with butter, salt and pepper.

For Food.com's recipe, place lutefisk in a kettle with enough cold, salted water to cover the fish completely. Gradually bring to a boil, then remove from the heat and skim off any foam. Allow the lutefisk to stand for five to 10 minutes before draining well and serving while still hot on warmed plates.
