EverydayFamily and babyMed add that prospective mothers should only use the tests for entertainment purposes. As also stated by WebMD, such quizzes rely on myths and do not provide accurate predictions. According to WebMD, one way to accurately predict the gender of the baby is to have an ultrasound, preferable between weeks 18 and 20. Ultrasound technicians are able to tell the gender with 80 to 90 percent accuracy.
