Can you still order items by phone?
By Forinfos - 07/05/2026 - 0 comments
It is still possible to order goods and services by phone. Most companies that traditionally took orders by phone still have a phone sales division, including Harry & David, The Home Shopping Network and QVC.
For financial and investing services, companies such as Charles Schwab still have phone-based sales and customer service operators. For financial services, placing phone orders rather than placing the order online typically costs an additional fee. Most companies without the phone or catalog history of QVC or Harry & David often still offer phone-based ordering. Automotive parts suppliers, such as Yukon Gear & Axle, have online ordering systems as well as toll-free telephone support and sales.
