Where can you find the survey for Wal-Mart?

The Wal-Mart survey is available at WalMart.com by clicking on the Help link, clicking on Contact Wal-Mart Stores, and then clicking on Walmart Shopping Experience Survey under the More Contacts heading. A customer must have the Wal-Mart receipt with the survey invitation readily available when completing the survey.

A customer chooses a language by clicking English or Spanish, and then clicks on the Continue button. After answering a few preliminary questions, such as entering a birth year and a ZIP code, the customer enters the store and ID numbers printed on the receipt, and then clicks the Continue button to complete the Wal-Mart survey.
