As of 2015, members of the U.S. military, employees of qualifying organizations, employees of the U.S. government, relatives of qualifying members and select other individuals are eligible for memberships at the Pentagon Federal Credit Union. Anyone wishing to qualify for the Credit Union can easily join an approved association.
Members of the Pentagon Federal Credit Union include hard-working Americans, those who serve their country and community, as well as employees of the U.S. government and military, according to PenFed.org. The credit union was founded in 1935, and as of 2015, serves more than one million members that are unified in their belief in the American way of life and in themselves.
