Can you use YouTube to edit videos?

There are various tools available on YouTube to edit videos, using either Video Editor or Video Manager. The uploaded video can have its appearance, length and sound changed.

Uploaded videos can either be altered or combined to create a new video. Among other things, the editing feature can change the video?s picture quality, add music, add subtitles and add special effects. Some changes made to video are conditional. Enhancements are not saved if they are made to a video that is over two hours long and has a content ID match. Instead, a new video with a new URL is created.
