Can Venus support life?
By Forinfos - 14/04/2025 - 0 comments
There is no evidence of life existing on Venus, and current scientific theories suggest that it is very unlikely that the planet can support life. The planet's high temperature and lack of water are cited as reasons for its hostility to harboring life.
Modern science posits that water must exist on a planet for it to support life. The intense heat of Venus' surface is sufficient to evaporate any water. Some scientists theorize that in the past Venus was cool enough to have water and could potentially have supported life. Others suggest that Venus' upper atmosphere, which is similar to the upper atmosphere of the Earth, could support microbial life.
