Monumental Life Insurance changed its name to Transamerica Premier Life Insurance Company on July 31, 2014, according to Transamerica. Policy and certificate numbers remain the same for existing customers. The company's name is the only major change, and all previous services remain available.

Customers who received an Endorsement Certificate for the name change should store the paperwork with their insurance records, according to Transamerica. Billing statements with the Monumental Life Insurance name may be sent out until the transition is fully complete, Transamerica claims. Send all payments to the address listed on the billing statement. Automatic payments process as usual.
