Customers must cancel these tickets by phone. For online cancellations, customers can visit the company's website and enter the flight information.

Delta maintains a no-risk cancellation policy. Customers simply enter the flight information number and name to find the itinerary. Then, they cancel the eTicket, and they then receive a refund. However, Delta customers must cancel any international flights by phone.
