Catalyst Control Center is part of the AMD Catalyst software engine, which handles video processing and display on PCs that have it installed. Every computer that has a Radeon video card uses Catalyst Control Center.
Catalyst Control Center lets the user tweak video card settings including display management, digital control, 3D enabling, color adjustment and overdriving. While the average user never needs to change these settings, users who are heavy media users such as gamers or graphic designers may find Catalyst Control Center useful for making quick and precise graphic adjustments that the Windows operating system does not typically allow.
