There are many things that can cause a person's left foot to tingle, including poor circulation, use of certain medications and vitamin deficiencies, according to the National Institutes of Health. Other causes include animal bites or pressure on the spinal nerve.
One of the most common reasons for tingling in the feet is diabetes. Many people suffering from the condition experience nerve damage, as stated by WebMD. Often times treating the condition that causes the tingling will help improve the symptoms. If a person experiences repeated tingling, they should contact their doctor. Tests can be performed to help determine the cause.
