Tingly, numb toes is a common condition that can be caused by different factors, such as insect bites, vitamin B12 deficiency, injured nerves or sitting is the same position for a long time. The condition can also result from other medical conditions, including diabetes, stroke, seizures and migraines, among others.
The condition is usually temporary, but if it persists it is necessary to seek medical attention, as stated by WebMD. A person can seek medical attention to identify the cause of the tingling and numbness. A doctor may recommend certain exercises if the condition is caused by low back pain or carpal tunnel syndrome.
