Does Century 21 offer rental property?

As of 2015, Madison, New Jersey-based real estate company Century 21 does not offer rental properties. However, Century 21 agents do assist buyers in negotiating 'lease options' with sellers, where they agree to purchase the property after renting it for a certain period of time.

In the arrangement, a portion of the rent paid during the period is applied towards the purchase price, known as 'rent credit.' In such instances, most institutional lenders do accept rent credit as part of the down payment, provided the payments exceed fair market rent and a valid lease-purchase agreement is attached to the loan application.
