How often do I have to certify my Assurance wireless service?
By Forinfos - 12/05/2026 - 0 comments
Customers must participate in certification for their wireless service on an annual basis, according to Assurance Wireless. This confirms the customer's eligibility to participate in the Lifeline Assistance program offered by the federal government. The certification can be done online, via phone, by mail or by fax.
Customers who are completing their annual certification need to show proof that they are still participating in specific public assistance programs, states Assurance Wireless. Examples of these programs can include Medicaid insurance, food stamp benefits or Supplemental Security Income. Customers meeting income guidelines may also qualify for the Lifeline Program via Assurance Wireless.
