How do you change the font size in your browser?

To change the font size in most browsers, hold down the Ctrl key on the keyboard, and press the + (plus) key to zoom in or the - (minus) key to zoom out. You can also hold the Ctrl key and use a mouse wheel to zoom in and out.

1. Hold down the Ctrl key

   When using Firefox, Safari or Internet Explorer 7, 8 or 9, hold down the Ctrl key. Mac users hold down the Apple key instead.

2. Press the + key or scroll up to zoom in

   On your keyboard, press the + key to make the text larger. This also increases the size of any images on the page. To zoom in with your mouse, use the mouse wheel to scroll up.

3. Press the - key or scroll down to zoom out

   On your keyboard, press the - key to make the text smaller. With your mouse, scroll the wheel down to zoom out.
