How do you measure your cup size for a bra?
By Forinfos - 13/11/2025 - 0 comments
To measure bra cup size, take measurements for both your band size and cup. If the measurement is an odd number for either, round up. Take the number for the band size and subtract it from the cup size number, and this will be your bra size.
It is always recommended to go into a store and have measurements taken, as it can be tricky to do it yourself.
Here are some tips if you would prefer to do it on your own:
For band size, measure under your bust and across your ribcage. If you get an odd number, round up. For the cup size, loosely measure around the fullest part of your bust. Subtract the band number from cup size number. This difference will calculate your actual cup size.
