Chattanooga Gas provides residential customers the option to pay bills online, sign up for automatic monthly payments or pay by text. For business customers, online payment is also an option, as is payment by bank draft or a business-to-business transfer.

Chattanooga Gas customers can pay their bill online through the My Account section of the website, but a convenience fee may apply.

Chattanooga Gas allows both business and residential customers to sign up for paperless billing. The company's Budget Payment Plan offers another option for residential customers. This plan estimates a customer's next 12 gas bills and divides payments into 12 equal amounts.
