What are Clandestine Industries?

Clandestine Industries was a fashion and publishing company founded by Pete Wentz, bassist for the rock band Fall Out Boy. Though no official announcement was made, the brand is considered defunct as of 2014.
Wentz started the company in 2006 from his basement, centered around a do-it-yourself philosophy. He published a book, "The Boy With A Thorn In His Side," under the Clandestine name. Wentz shifted his focus to clothing, and the trademark symbol became a "Batheart," a silhouette of a bat with devilish horns, and a negative image of a heart in the body. A store, Clandestine Images Landmark, was opened in Chicago in 2007, but it closed in 2010.
