What is cold calling?
By Forinfos - 07/07/2025 - 0 comments
Cold calls are phone calls targeting clients who may need a particular service. The calls include a sales pitch or explanation of services and a conversation with the client about his individual needs.
Some companies or small businesses use cold calling to contact potential clients to make meaningful connections, set up meetings and gain exposure. Although cold calling is used by a variety of different companies, it is most often associated with sales. A cold call is more likely to be successful if the caller researches the client ahead of time, makes a personal connection and displays excellent listening skills.
