Columbia Gas offers two different options for online bill pay. They allow customers to make one-time payments using electronic checks, as well as using BillMatrix to pay bills with debit or credit cards.

Other options for paying a Columbia Gas bill include setting up an automatic payment with an electronic check, a bank account or a credit card that is saved to an account. A bill can also be paid in person by using any form of payment, including cash, check, or a debit or credit card. In addition, there are pay-by-mail options for paying with a personal check or money order.
