By Forinfos - 03/03/2026 - 0 comments
A commercial analyst researches an organization or business and makes predictions about its future. He may also offer suggestions as to how the organization can improve its business model or practices. A lot of commercial analysts work as independent consultants, moving between organizations to offer their expertise.
Commercial analysis can be broken down into four major components. Strategic planning refers to the identification of needs specific to the business. Business model analysis involves researching business policies and approaches to customers. Process design is related to the analysis of employees and workflow. Finally, system analysis refers to the analysis of technical systems.
