Companies use mission statements to let their client know the company's goals, moral and ethical position. It should be specific and able to represent a broad perspective of the organization. A good mission statement should address concepts such as the target market, products or services and expectations in terms of profitability and growth. Most companies keep changing their mission statements after rebranding or to counter competitors in the market.
