What companies replace the grips on golf clubs?

The national chain Golfsmith offers a regrip service. As of December 2015, the service costs $2.99 per club, not including the price of the replacement grip. Some local golf shops also offer regripping services and can be found by using the National Yellow Pages to find golf club repair.

Golf enthusiasts can also replace their own grips with a few common garage tools. Golf.com has an excellent tutorial that uses a bench vice and rubber pads, a razor knife or similar blade, double-sided grip tape, grip solvent or mineral spirits, a small terry cloth towel and replacement grips. Visual learners may also find video tutorials available on YouTube.com and GolfChannel.com useful.
