What is considered a "good" carb?
By Forinfos - 25/04/2025 - 0 comments
Good carbs are the foods that are rich in fibers such as whole grains, fruits, vegetables and beans. Vegetables and fruits help people eliminate waste easily. They absorb slowly in a person's system and help him lose fat effectively, according to WebMD.
To get rid of the bad carbs, avoid eating processed carbohydrates because they increase sugar levels, fats and cholesterol, notes WebMD. These bad carbs also increase the risk of heart disease. Examples of bad carbs are white bread and snack foods like potato chips, crackers, granola bars, cookies and chocolate bars. All of these snack foods are usually processed.
